Madras Burger

- Wonderfully fresh, with delicious zingy flavour. Perfect for a summer BBQ or a twist on a cozy curry night.
- Ingredients:
- 250g Chicken Mince
- 2tbsp Madras Curry Paste
- 1 white onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 60g cup breadcrumbs
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 4 burger buns
- 1 gem lettuce, shredded
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced
Cooking Method
Combine mince, curry paste, white onion, egg and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Shape mixture into four 2cm thick patties. Place on a plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes
Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Lightly spray patties with olive oil and cook for 5 minutes each side or until cooked through
Place cooked burgers in burger baps. Top with lettuce and red onion. Dollop with your favourite sauce or extra Madras Curry Paste
