Yield: Chop all vegetables and chicken breast into medium sized pieces and add to the slow cooker pot.Add all seasoning and oil to the pot, stir and cook on high for 1 hour.To the pot, add Katsu Sauce and coconut cream, stir again, and cook on high for another 2 hours.Serve with coconut rice and a sprinkle of coriander.
